FILA BRASILEIRO CLUB OF AMERICA

(FBCA)

The FBCA shall have for its objects the development of the Fila Brasileiro in North America by:

 

I. Upholding a Code of Ethics which is reproduced in the Appendices of these By-Laws;

II. Keeping records and issuing certificates of registration; as well as conformation, championship, obedience, temperament, herding instinct and other working titles that may be awarded.

III. Collecting, preserving and publishing data, information and documents with respect to the Fila Brasileiro;

IV. Maintaining the breed standard that is recognized by the Federacion Cynologique Internationale;

V. Adopting and enforcing rules and regulations governing Fila Brasileiro specialty shows

VI. Encouraging and assisting persons engaged in activities referred to in these objects;

VII. Encouraging, guiding and advancing the welfare of the Fila Brasileiro through their owners.
